Stop making excuses about not having enough time to train. Put that time and energy into a workout.
Warm up:
25-100 jumping jacks
5 minute jump rope
Main Set:
3 x 10-30 burpees
3 x 5-15 pull-ups
Cool Down:
5 minute stretch
