The Spartan Workout

Spartan WOD for Tuesday, 1.29.13

I am building a fire, and everyday I train, I add more fuel. At just the right moment, I light the match.

Warm-up:
10 minute jog
Stretching

Main Set:
Run 2-4 miles at race pace

2 minute plank
2 minute side plank (each side)
2 minute plank

Cool Down:
Stretching
