Todays workout

Spartan WOD for Thursday, 1.17.13

Main Set:
2-5 Mile run
50 Burpees

50-Meter sprints (5-8 repeats)

Wind down with an easy swim, or spin session on a bike.


Be sure to warm-up and cool down.
